Dumb, Stupid Animals Day?

"In (Alexander) Haig's presence, Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as 'dumb, stupid animals to be used' as pawns for foreign policy."

-- Bob Woodward & Carl Bernstein, The Final Days, p. 208

Another day, another fresh load of horseshit and none more fresher then days that glorify terrorism, genocidal conquest and wanton murder for resources. Worse than that is the sanctification of those who were used to perform these atrocities. Military assaults guised as service for country and in the name of a rag on a stick. Expedited on orders from cowardly, invisible puppet-masters with profound Zionist machinations. They commemorate this day in the U.S. as Memorial Day or Veteran's Day. However, for those who fought in these pointless wars and regret it, then perhaps the day should be properly renamed Remorse Day, with work volunteered to reverse the hell they manifested upon others. Below is a video of a speech by U.S. veteran Mike Prysner which perfectly elucidates this point.

So… what is a good soldier and does such a thing exist? The answer of course is an incontrovertible yes, but not in the most commonly accepted sense. Simply put, good soldiers fight good wars full stop, and good wars are fought in defence. Good soldiers do not engage in wars for profit, kill for sport or advance the agendas for hidden overlords. Since this can be considered the full definition, then the converse of this lays bare the role of the soldier today. Nothing more than an indoctrinated tool used as agents for corporations and the military to steal, invade, occupy and kill. Invasions to liberate and democratise? Surely you're taking the full piss here, as no one but the exceptionally stupid truly believe that for even one solitary moment. What of those who are drafted to service you may ask. Well, they have just a wee bit of my sympathy than anyone who volunteers and signs on in either total ignorance or wilful indifference. Every one of them has been conned by recruiters using every low means at their disposal to get them to sign the bottom line. Promise everything and deliver only a bodybag, a military funeral and a tri-cornered folded flag. If you are maimed you get shit care, diminishing vet benefits and bills for damaged vests and other prematurely failed ordnance. Thank you comes as a hearty and hale fuck straight off once service has been extracted. Those that do make it back, suffer from compromised health from depleted Uranium, horrible birth defects visited upon their offspring and PTSD from surviving and inflicting hell upon people they've invaded for no other reason than theft and occupation. Then those that fit a certain psychological pathology are offered employment as military contractors, law-enforcement, DHS, prison guards, etc.

To that end I could find no more appropriate song to illustrate this than Disposable Heroes by the band Metallica. Of course the band now is a lot of corporatised, tarted up sell-outs, but in their earliest days they wrote and emoted material like this. Whether you fancy metal or not, the music is powerful and the lyrics are spot on mark.

Disposable Heroes

Bodies fill the fields I see, hungry heroes end
No one to play soldier now, no one to pretend
Running blind through killing fields, bred to kill them all
Victim of what said should be
A servant 'til I fall

Soldier boy, made of clay
Now an empty shell
Twenty one, only son
But he served us well
Bred to kill, not to care
Do just as we say
Finished here, greetings death
He's yours to take away

Back to the front
You will do what I say, when I say
Back to the front
You will die when I say, you must die
Back to the front
You coward
You servant
You blindman

Barking of machinegun fire, does nothing to me now
Sounding of the clock that ticks, get used to it somehow
More a man, more stripes you bare, glory seeker trends
Bodies fill the fields I see
The slaughter never ends

Soldier boy, made of clay
Now an empty shell
Twenty one, only son
But he served us well
Bred to kill, not to care
Do just as we say
Finished here, greetings death
He's yours to take away

Back to the front
You will do what I say, when I say
Back to the front
You will die when I say, you must die
Back to the front
You coward
You servant
You blindman

Why, am I dying?
Kill, have no fear
Lie, live off lying
Hell, hell is here

I was born for dying

Life planned out before my birth, nothing could I say
Had no chance to see myself, molded day by day
Looking back I realize, nothing have I done
Left to die with only friend
Alone I clench my gun

Soldier boy, made of clay
Now an empty shell
Twenty one, only son
But he served us well
Bred to kill, not to care
Do just as we say
Finished here, greetings death
He's yours to take away

Back to the front
You will do what I say, when I say
Back to the front
You will die when I say, you must die
Back to the front
You coward
You servant
You blindman

Back to the front

By vivid contrast, a good soldier stands up for and defends the weak, supports the true will of the nation and no other interests, They serve the will of the people and defend them from attack from hostile parties foreign and domestic. Good soldiers ask questions and perform these duties with honour, rectitude and intelligence. Those who oppose and resist being enslaved are good soldiers, and in a war you are either a soldier, a victim or dead. There are no other options, and we are caught in an inherited war not of our own making or design.

People are awakening, perhaps too slow and too late, but awakening nonetheless, amongst them are veterans who know they've been betrayed and hoodwinked. This is not a fact gone unnoticed by the filthy assumed world leaders and as such, they've moved to classify disaffected veterans as potential terrorists due to their combat acumen, and experience. Once the effects of the brainwashing dissipate, and reality sets in, they are no longer considered of any use to the state and looked upon as a threat. To be put down and discarded like the combat dogs used in Viet Nam once the war was over.

Speaking of which there is a new series to be aired in the US called Homeland, which is about:

"a U.S. marine who’s been held as a POW in Iraq for years. After he’s rescued and sent home, a female CIA operative suspects that he’s been turned and is preparing to aid terrorists in attacking the United States."

  2. Thanks Snakey, it's abominable shite shows like the one you pointed out that attempt to mind-fuck the populace into accepting and supporting their bankrupt operations. Insipid PSYOPS like that is absurdly transparent, and only works on the mentally compromised.

    Cheers.

  3. When one fights to really and truly defend ones own family.
Joined with their neighbours. That is true defensive fighting. That is a good soldier.

But note that does not really fit the idea nor agenda of a career military?

The problem with the sales pitch of soldiers fighting defensively is every war (offence) can be pitched as defensive.

Example being the war on terror, because "they hate us for our freedoms" therefore we are under attack, therefore we must defend ourselves.

I keep waiting for the day when the mind control stops working.
It will take a massive and sustained break down of the tv networks, or the will of the people to stop watching their mind control boxes.
Sadly, I see people don't have the will yet.

  4. Indeed Penny, aptly put. The collective will has been subverted to the point of compliant apathy. The survival instinct has been supplanted in trade for a veneer of "security" when they truly know in their hearts it is a sham. It is this continual cycle of self-deception that keeps the truth and reality at bay, with nothing so much as challenged. A terminally sickening state of affairs to be sure.

  5. Hey HHQ,
Great post for Memorial day and a great song/lyrics.
My dad was drafted to Vientam.
He still suffers every day..and it has been 43 years ago since he was there.
he is a good man and now has to fight the demons and ghosts of war on a daily basis..the war hasn't ended for these guys.
I have seen it, as his daughter.
    War, is abomination.
    Cheers A13

  6. Being drafted to fight in a war is no difference than receiving a prison death sentence. The grand mass of people have no clue except in what they see in the media and on film, of just how bad war and combat truly is. Only the mentally ill enjoy war and fighting, and celebrate death and destruction. The fact that your father is tormented by what he saw, experienced and was forced to do, shows that your father is a decent man. With what he went through, he is seeking to find peace in, as he sorts through the moral and emotional contradictions. He is human, has a heart and feels, whereas a psycho or sociopath feels none of this type of remorse and revels in atrocity. We also know your father is a good man because he produced you and raised you with the values you inspire us with daily.

    Cheers.
